We’re thrilled to share the highlights from our recent Annual Quran Competition, and testament to our commitment to promoting proficiency in the Holy Quran. This event, a cornerstone of our activities, brings together participants from across the region to showcase their dedication and mastery of Quranic recitation and memorization.  

A Tradition of Success

Mumtaz Society has a rich history of organizing these competitions, with eleven events held over the past ten years. Each year, the competition’s scale and impact have grown, with our past competitions drawing approximately 50,000 people in attendance. This level of participation highlights the importance of these events in our community and the enthusiasm for Quranic learning.  

Fostering Islamic Knowledge

Our Quran competitions are more than just a contest; they are a celebration of Islamic knowledge and a means of nurturing young Muslims within the Islamic Tarbiyah. By providing a platform for participants to demonstrate their skills, we aim to inspire a deeper connection with the Quran and encourage continued learning.

As we reflect on the success of this year’s competition, we’re recalled of our overarching objectives: to promote proficiency in the Holy Quran and to enhance Islamic knowledge and practices.
